Product Description
Ver-Mac‘s TA-3812 SMT HYD is a full-matrix message sign designed for a Valtir trailer-mounted attenuator. With 27 x 48 pixels, the sign displays up to 3 lines of 8 characters (5 x 7 pixels, or 12 in.) per line.
This message sign is fully integrated with the hydraulic deployment system and automatically rises or lowers in sequence with the Valtir deployment. The TA-3812 SMT HYD meets the FHWA MASH requirement of weighing under 175 pounds.
The V-Touch Controller offers full graphic capabilities, including several one-touch buttons to quickly activate messages or arrows. The controller has an embedded 4G modem and 10-year cell plan that can be set up to push advance warning messages to Waze.
