Having technical support experts who know the equipment inside and out means they can quickly step in to resolve any issues that may arise. This is also crucial for safety, as dysfunctional traffic signals can lead to unsafe situations.
We spoke to Nash, our technical support lead, who is based in California, to learn more:
“I get to interact with customers from all over the continent on a daily basis. This allows me to assist our customers in solving their issues so they can get their jobs done while keeping them safe.
Not only do I get to help our customers learn about our product line, but it also allows me to understand their needs, which allows me to help improve Ver-Mac's products and the customer experience.”
When asked what kind of issues he typically helps with, he mentioned: “Everything from programming units for specific requirements to tackling technical issues and answering questions.”

Ver-Mac’s Traffic Signal product specialist, Jeremy, also monitors customer feedback, and keeps a close eye on the market and its evolving needs.
Jeremy states: “Our service ensures you get more than just a product; you get dedicated specialists who help you deploy it successfully, support your team through its use, and make sure your voice shapes its future.”
For example, your feedback à inspired us to simplify traffic plan creation, allowing anyone to launch a project easily, in just a few clicks.
Jeremy also assists customers during project bidding to ensure our products meet the bid application requirements, and works with customers to submit the right product for the project.
When asked what he likes about his work, Jeremy replied: “I enjoy being part of a team that makes complex products simple and successful, by being hands-on with customers, improving the product, and guiding Ver-Mac teams through both”.
